Formed since 2009, BMAM is a registered multi‑stakeholder organization dedicated to representing the collective interests of the building management industry nationwide. Our membership brings together professionals, practitioners and specialists from diverse disciplines, united by a commitment to deliver property management services that enhance asset value and community well‑being.

At BMAM, our mission is to raise standards and strengthen the building management sector through, education, up-skilling, training and exchange of knowledge and experience including organising seminars and workshops for building managers and related personnel to grow professionally as well as to foster a strong, collaborative community of practitioners who promote compliance and best practices.

The management of buildings encompasses  diverse functions but not exclusively to maintenance, safety, security, cleaning and housekeeping, landscaping and technical services. This will include marketing and leasing where there are commercial spaces, an important function to ensure buildings remain relevant and attractive for residents and patrons.

As the industry navigates rising operational costs, evolving sustainability expectations and global uncertainties, BMAM remains focused on resilience and innovation.
